Refund Policy
In order to be considered for a refund, you are required to complete the Refund Request Form (available from the Registrar). Any request arising as a result of an injury that prohibits a player from playing must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the injury along with the appropriate medical documentation, otherwise the request may be denied.

Refunds will not be granted if the player is currently under suspension and/or if the player is awaiting disciplinary action by the Frontenac Fury or Greater Kingston Hockey League Discipline Committee or by the OWHA.
