The Frontenac Fury Girls' Hockey Association is governed by the Ontario Women's Hockey Association. The OWHA is the governing body of all women's ice hockey in the Province of Ontario. The OWHA is a member of the Ontario Hockey Federation, the Ontario branch of Hockey Canada.

OWHA's mission is: Through a provincially unified, collective voice, the OWHA promotes, provides and develops opportunities for girls and women to play female hockey in Ontario. Its values are fair play, fun, excellence, good citizenship, integrity and honesty, and equity.

The Fury follows all rules and regulations, including codes of conduct, as outlined by the OWHA.
