Annual General Meeting Save the Date

Save the date for our virtual AGM set for August 27, 2020.
As you know, we had to cancel our Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for April due to the pandemic.
We are moving ahead with a virtual AGM which will be held on August 27, 2020 from 6:30-7:10 p.m. via Zoom videoconferencing.
The agenda for AGM is attached below. We will share the meeting link and the meeting package in advance of the meeting, during the week of August 24.
Please note, we are seeking a few volunteers to fill vacancies on our Executive including Merchandise Convenor and Coaching and Development Convenor. Please review the current slate of Executive Officers in the agenda.
If you would like to put your name forward, please email the Secretary on or before the AGM on August 27, 2020.
